The By-Laws of your Settler’s Trace Homeowners Association provide for a budget composed of Association Dues collected annually from every member of the Settler’s Trace Subdivision of Tullahoma, TN. This money is used for such items as sign maintenance, lawn maintenance, and insurance for all common areas.
After careful budgeting and consideration, the Board has determined the following HOA Dues for 2024:
2024 Annual Dues of $100 for each lot are due by February 1, 2024.
All Checks must be made payable to the Settler’s Trace Homeowners Association in the amount specified above and sent to the following postal address:
